Where is the wedding going to be?
The wedding is located at The Olde Breton Inn, 21890 Society Hill Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
What should I wear?
We humbly ask that you do not wear teal, as it is the color of the brides.
Lastly, we encourage you to wear any renaissance festival gear that you are comfortable in to the wedding. We would love to see elf ears, mushroom hats, flower crowns and garlands, and pirate skirts in the audience. Halloween is going to be just days away, after all! Our theme for the wedding is 'fantasy masquerade', so please tailor your looks to that theme, if possible. Our color theme for the wedding is dark jewel tones. Think fuchsia, royal blues, copper, etc.
Can I bring my kids to the reception?
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate young children at our ceremony and reception. We would like for you to leave any children under the age of 10 at home during the ceremony and reception. For those over 10 and under 18, we will have a separate room for them to eat pizza and watch movies.
Will dinner be provided? What are we eating?
We will be serving dinner at the reception. The food is a buffet-style dinner including hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, a full dinner and dessert. We will also be serving gluten-free pasta. Please contact us if you have any concerns about dietary restrictions.
Will beverages be provided?
Lauren is proud to announce that we will be having an open bar. Coming from Irish heritage, her parents wouldn't allow it any other way. We are also working on finding a signature cocktail for the brides.
When are RSVPs due?
They are due on September 15th, 2024. The card or form only take a minute to fill out, so please don't forget to do so!
Can I use my phone to take pictures?
The brides would prefer if you put your phones away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer from Waters Photography that will be taking pictures. During the reception, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like.
What time is each part of the wedding?
The ceremony will be from 5 - 6 PM. The cocktail hour will be from 6 - 7 PM. The dinner will be from 7 PM onwards, along with dancing and drinking!
